About the role
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join our team at Hyde Park Sandton, Johannesburg. The role supports our recruitment department by managing the front desk and handling candidate documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls in a courteous manner.
- Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure smooth flow of candidates and clients.
- Type, format and organise CVs and related recruitment documents.
- Provide administrative assistance to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of reception experience within a recruitment agency.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Well‑presented, organised and capable of multitasking in a busy environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with the Placement Partner system (advantageous).
