Receptionist

About the role

Join Accor’s vibrant hospitality team as a Receptionist, delivering seamless guest registration, departure, and front‑desk support. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, accurate billing, and a safe environment throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Handle check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently, maintaining accurate guest accounts.
• Answer all incoming calls via the switchboard courteously, directing callers to the appropriate departments.
• Apply strict security protocols for credit, cash transactions, room‑key issuance, and guest confidentiality.
• Communicate guest requests and information to hotel departments both verbally and in writing.
• Document internal and guest messages accurately and distribute them according to hotel procedures.
• Promote hotel facilities and services, using product knowledge to maximise sales.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by management or supervisors.

Required profile

• Professional and polite demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team player who can collaborate with all hotel departments.
