Quality Manager – Utility‑Scale Solar Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System for a 350 MW utility‑scale solar PV construction project. The role will ensure that all construction disciplines meet the highest quality standards from ground‑breaking through commercial operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the project QMS in alignment with ISO 9001:2015.
• Oversee integration of the Integrated Management System across ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), traceability, test packs and hand‑over records.
• Collaborate closely with the Independent Engineer, lenders and internal project teams.
• Drive quality compliance across civil, structural, electrical and commissioning works.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction quality management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QA/QC processes.
• Hands‑on experience with digital QMS tools and project hand‑over procedures.
• Effective communicator with stakeholders and proven problem‑solving abilities.
