Quality Manager

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead quality assurance, food safety and compliance activities at a CCBA site. Reporting to the QFSE Manager, you will ensure that all products meet Coca‑Cola KORE standards and international quality requirements, safeguarding consumer trust across the African market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain site‑level quality management systems aligned with Coca‑Cola KORE and global standards.
• Oversee food safety programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international best practices.
• Lead risk assessment, audit preparation and corrective action processes to maintain audit readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, using data‑driven methods to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Build capability within the site team through training, coaching and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance, food safety or related fields within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP) and Coca‑Cola KORE requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage change.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
