Quality Control Officer – 36‑Month Fixed‑Term Role

About the role

The Quality Control Officer will act as the client’s representative on construction sites, overseeing projects to ensure that all work complies with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards. This fixed‑term position lasts 36 months and requires close monitoring of workmanship, materials and overall progress.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect construction activities to verify adherence to design drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor the quality of materials used and confirm they meet project requirements.
• Track project progress and report any deviations from the planned schedule or quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve quality‑related issues on site.
• Document inspections, findings and corrective actions for client records.

Required profile

• Experience in construction site supervision or quality control.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and industry quality standards.
• Ability to act as an independent representative of the client on site.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
