Projects & Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

The Projects & Continuous Improvement Manager will lead initiatives that boost organisational efficiency across manufacturing and supply‑chain functions. Reporting to the Site Lead, the role focuses on analysing performance data, removing bottlenecks and delivering end‑to‑end projects that cut costs, eliminate waste and raise product and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee full project lifecycles, defining scope, timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Develop detailed project plans, set milestones and schedule tasks.
• Track project expenditures and ensure financial targets are met.
• Motivate and coordinate cross‑functional project teams, fostering collaboration.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks to keep delivery on track.
• Conduct post‑project reviews, capture lessons learned and close out deliverables.
• Identify process bottlenecks, collect quantitative and qualitative data, and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Design and implement optimisation solutions that improve cycle times, reduce errors and lower resource costs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing end‑to‑end projects within a manufacturing or supply‑chain environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and pinpoint inefficiencies.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
