Project Manager – Web Development (WordPress Focus)

About the role

ALM Corp is looking for a detail‑oriented, client‑facing Project Manager to lead web development projects across its portfolio. You will act as the central hub between American clients, designers, developers, and internal stakeholders, turning business requirements into actionable plans and ensuring flawless delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle from discovery to launch and post‑launch support.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using agile or waterfall methods.
• Manage 15‑20 concurrent projects on platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and custom builds.
• Serve as primary client contact, leading discovery calls, status meetings, and milestone presentations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, assign tasks, and facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Oversee QA processes, coordinate user acceptance testing, and manage launch activities including DNS cutovers and post‑launch monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple web development projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with American clients and agency partners.
