Project Manager – Strategic Product Delivery

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our PMO team and own the delivery of key strategic products and projects. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end ownership, leading cross‑functional teams and ensuring successful product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation and risk assessments.
• Lead project teams, assign tasks and manage resources to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed and ensure effective communication among all parties.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses and report financial performance.
• Engage stakeholders, provide regular status updates and facilitate meetings.
• Coordinate pilot and go‑to‑market launch activities across marketing, sales, logistics, operations and finance.
• Conduct project closure activities, including documentation, financial finalisation and lessons‑learned sessions.

Required profile

• Recognised project management qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of solid project management experience, preferably in product delivery and launch.
• Experience working with third‑party vendors.
• Background in payment or e‑commerce industries is ideal.
