Project Manager – Remote (US Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to join our studio remotely, working US Eastern Standard Time hours. The role goes beyond schedule tracking; you will protect project health, nurture client relationships, and uphold the studio’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables across multiple active projects.
• Ensure internal teams meet deadlines and commitments, keeping projects on schedule.
• Identify and address risks, coordination gaps, scope changes, staffing issues, and client challenges early.
• Advise the Principal on risks and recommend solutions to avoid delays and budget impacts.
• Coordinate designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients as the central point of contact.
• Track decisions, approvals, RFIs, submittals, and action items to maintain momentum.
• Facilitate meetings, document notes, and follow up on actions.
• Support resource planning, workload coordination, and quality assurance across the studio.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, coordination, studio management, architecture, interior design, construction, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset that anticipates challenges.
