Project Manager Partner-A-District

About the role

The Project Manager for the Partner‑A‑District (PAD) Programme will lead the planning, execution and monitoring of multiple projects that operationalise the Bank’s municipal strategy. Working within a partnership‑driven framework, the role focuses on transforming the M2/M3 municipal segment and aligning activities with national government policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement a portfolio of projects under the PAD Programme.
• Ensure project deliverables support the Bank’s municipal strategy and the transformation of the M2/M3 segment.
• Collaborate with district partners, government agencies and other stakeholders to drive integrated, programmatic solutions.
• Monitor project progress, budgets and timelines, reporting results to senior management.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to maintain alignment with policy objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing development or municipal projects.
• Strong understanding of public‑sector partnership models.
• Ability to work across multiple districts and coordinate diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
