Project Manager – North America Hours

About the role

MRI Software is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple customer‑facing consulting and technology engagements across North America. You will act as the central point for implementation projects, ensuring high‑quality delivery and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver multiple concurrent SaaS implementation projects on time and within scope.
• Maintain quality standards and drive customer satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Manage customer expectations, relationships, and communication.
• Provide accurate project reporting, forecasting invoicing and future revenue.
• Collaborate closely with sales, consulting, and operations teams to align resources and deliverables.
• Handle scope changes, schedule adjustments, and risk mitigation.
• Lead meetings, present concepts persuasively, and support business‑process improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience delivering external projects to clients, preferably SaaS implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree and PMP or equivalent project‑management certification.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to manage complex workstreams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
