Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead IT‑focused initiatives, ensuring they align with organisational goals and are delivered on time, within scope and budget. This role coordinates cross‑functional teams, manages risks, and maintains clear communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and allocate resources.
• Lead project teams, coordinating activities to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication across teams, sponsors and stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
• Ensure quality assurance and adherence to organisational standards.
• Manage project documentation and conduct post‑project evaluations.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience, preferably within IT or related environments.
• Strong organisational, leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Relevant project management certifications.
