Project Manager

About the role

RetailNext is seeking a proactive Project Manager to own end‑to‑end execution of customer deployment projects. Working within the PMO team, you will manage multiple deployments, build strong customer relationships, and ensure smooth delivery of RetailNext solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead concurrent deployment projects from kickoff to go‑live, following PMO processes and managing budgets, milestones, and risks.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer accounts, resolving routine issues and escalating complex problems with clear analysis.
• Maintain continuous, proactive communication with assigned customers, set expectations, and identify opportunities to add value.
• Coordinate all deployment workstreams, including site surveys, equipment shipping, vendor scheduling, installation, returns, and RMA processes.
• Oversee vendor performance, manage logistics, and ensure all documentation, checklists, and platform updates are accurate and timely.
• Track and report on PMO KPIs, produce status reports, dashboards, and project summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of project management or coordination experience.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
