Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Project Manager to join our Operations team. You will lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensure projects are on time, within scope and budget, and support continuous improvement across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver projects from initiation through completion.
• Track progress, manage deadlines and ensure alignment with scope and budget.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear project documentation such as scope, process maps and UAT plans.
• Lead project teams and collaborate with internal departments and external vendors.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate updates, risks and outcomes.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain high‑quality standards across all deliverables.
• Drive process improvements and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Produce regular reporting and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar project‑management role.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• Proven experience managing projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong business analysis and problem‑solving capability.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exposure to process improvement and systems optimisation.
