Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead web and software projects from initiation to delivery. The role involves coordinating resources, managing scope, budget and timelines while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Create, execute and continuously refine project plans to meet evolving requirements.
• Identify required resources, assign responsibilities and oversee day‑to‑day project operations.
• Manage project scope, budget and schedule, applying the company’s methodology and standards.
• Maintain complete and up‑to‑date project documentation and agreements.
• Analyse project profitability, revenue, margins and utilisation.
• Identify and pursue add‑on sales opportunities related to the project.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience managing web or software projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• High initiative, collaborative mindset and willingness to travel occasionally.

Required skills

• Proficient use of standard computer applications and project management tools.
