Project Manager – Ironclad CLM Implementation

About the role

Consilio is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations of Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. You will work within a structured delivery team, collaborating with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and Legal Engineers to ensure successful deployments for corporate legal departments and law firms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Ironclad CLM projects across multiple client engagements, defining scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, facilitate sprint planning, stand‑ups, and status reporting in agile or hybrid models.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing regular updates, executive reporting, and steering committee communications.
• Oversee configuration, workflow design, integrations, and data migration activities through discovery, build, testing, UAT, and go‑live phases.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and support change‑management and user‑adoption strategies.
• Ensure adherence to Consilio delivery standards and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing CLM or SaaS implementation projects, preferably with Ironclad.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and legal technology.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
