Project Manager – GoHighLevel & CRM Implementations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead GoHighLevel buildouts, CRM implementations, workflow automations, and business process optimisation for our clients. This client‑facing position acts as the bridge between customers and our remote development team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end GoHighLevel and CRM implementation projects.
• Lead client onboarding, discovery calls and project planning sessions.
• Gather, document and translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
• Coordinate developers, track progress and maintain timelines using Asana.
• Provide regular client updates, status meetings and quality reviews.
• Identify and resolve risks, blockers and scope changes.
• Facilitate seamless communication among clients, developers and stakeholders.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on GoHighLevel experience.
• Proven experience managing CRM implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work directly with clients.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented and passionate about helping businesses scale with CRM technology.
