Project Manager – Gaming Sector

About the role

Rank Interactive is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multi‑disciplinary projects within its fast‑paced gambling division. You will work with engineering, operations and product teams to deliver new gaming solutions on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, defining scope, timelines and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring delivery in Agile environments.
• Manage stakeholder communication, reporting progress, risks and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
• Control project budgets and optimise resource usage across software, hardware and operations groups.
• Identify and resolve risks and issues proactively, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead business readiness activities, supporting user adoption and change management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing multidisciplinary projects in Agile settings.
• Proven ability to lead multiple engineering teams, including software and hardware.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance.
• Experience in the gambling or digital gaming industry is a plus.
