Project Manager / CSR (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Project Manager / Customer Service Representative to oversee the full order cycle for promotional product clients. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring quotes, production, artwork, and shipping are managed efficiently while keeping customers informed at every stage.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotes across the entire product range and create orders from placement to delivery.
• Monitor production status, timelines, and shipping, proactively following up on any issues.
• Advise clients on product specifications, customization options, and limitations in both English and French.
• Handle client inquiries via phone and email, providing clear updates throughout the order lifecycle.
• Submit and track artwork requests, liaising with suppliers and production teams to resolve issues early.
• Collaborate closely with the Team Leader on large orders and escalations, flagging risks and communicating across the team.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple active orders.
• Previous client‑service experience, preferably in product, print, or promotional environments.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.
• Detail‑oriented with good follow‑through.
