Project Manager – Commercialisation

About the role

Coca‑Cola Beverages South Africa is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercialisation initiatives from concept through market launch. You will work within the Sales & Marketing department to turn strategic ideas into profitable products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple business‑critical projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration across commercial, supply chain, finance, marketing, HR, procurement and external partners.
• Implement robust project governance, reporting structures and stage‑gate reviews.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, dependencies and issues.
• Coordinate resources to maximise productivity and meet milestones.
• Develop stakeholder engagement, communication and change‑management plans to drive adoption.
• Monitor budgets, track financial and operational benefits, and produce actionable insights.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews, capture lessons learned and ensure smooth handover.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of supply chain or commercial experience in an FMCG environment.
• 2‑3 years of proven project‑management experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
