Project Manager – Cape Town

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join our team in Cape Town. In this role you will be responsible for delivering key projects on time and within scope, working closely with multiple departments to ensure clarity, communication and accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, defining requirements, timelines and deliverables.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings, track progress and resolve roadblocks.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Preferably a degree‑level qualification.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Prince2 methodology.
• Familiarity with Agile project management principles.
• Experience using Trello for task management.
• Experience using Zendesk for support ticketing.
