Project Management Intern

About the role

Enko Education is looking for a motivated Project Management Intern to join its Product department. You will help scale and optimise key products that support a pan‑African network of schools, gaining hands‑on experience in recruitment, product development and international study‑tour coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Roll‑out and improve the teachers’ mass recruitment product (GEM) and streamline the recruitment workflow.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration between Product, Development, candidates, reviewers and interviewers.
• Analyse recruitment data and candidate feedback to identify bottlenecks and propose strategic improvements.
• Design communication strategies for partner schools and shortlisted candidates.
• Conduct research and surveys to guide product evolution.
• Oversee logistics for three international student trips, including document collection, allocations, parent webinars and chaperone training.
• Collaborate with the ECA team and Learning & Teaching team to execute seamless trip coordination and develop new products.
• Support product promotion and rollout across the Enko network.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven adaptability and hands‑on execution in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong analytical and multitasking capabilities.
