Project Coordinator – Remote, Full‑Time

About the role

VeraSafe is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support privacy and cybersecurity compliance projects. This remote, full‑time position works closely with attorneys and IT security professionals to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute project plans within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Maintain accurate project records, tasks, and documentation.
• Schedule client and internal meetings across time zones and manage calendars.
• Attend meetings and produce clear, structured minutes with action items.
• Monitor progress, flag risks, and provide timely updates and recommendations.
• Communicate status and next steps to attorneys, team members, and clients.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, standards, and best practices.
• Support workload coordination and help improve business processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced, fully remote environment.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and strong teamwork skills.
