Programmatic Campaign Operations Specialist Trader

About the role

VirtuHire is looking for a detail‑oriented, technically adept professional to manage programmatic advertising campaigns from inception to completion. Working remotely, you will ensure campaigns are set up, monitored and optimised to meet client objectives while adhering to strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Campaign Setup: building campaigns, line items and complex targeting structures within DSPs.
• Trafficking: accurately trafficking creative assets and third‑party tags for measurement.
• Quality Assurance: conducting thorough pre‑launch QA checks to prevent errors.
• Pacing and Delivery Monitoring: monitoring daily pacing and flagging under‑ or over‑delivery risks.
• Optimisation and Maintenance: executing routine optimisations and approved changes.
• Troubleshooting: resolving issues related to setup, creative rendering, targeting accuracy and activation.
• Technical Escalation: escalating complex technical challenges to the Senior Programmatic Operations Lead.
• Documentation: maintaining meticulous records, naming conventions and change histories.
• Reporting Support: providing campaign data, compliance documentation and screenshots for reporting.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in programmatic advertising.
• Experience with at least one major DSP and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Exceptional attention to detail when handling high volumes of campaigns.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Clear written communication skills for reporting and internal coordination.
