About the role

Codekeeper is seeking a proactive Program Manager to lead multiple cross‑functional initiatives. You will own the full program lifecycle, from initial concept through execution and continuous improvement, ensuring each project delivers measurable impact and aligns with broader business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define, plan, and drive programs from inception to completion, turning abstract ideas into concrete results.
• Set ambitious yet realistic timelines, monitor progress, and adjust plans to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the central communication hub between teams and department heads, ensuring clear information flow.
• Identify and resolve obstacles quickly, applying a problem‑solving mindset to maintain momentum.
• Deliver high‑quality outcomes that meet or exceed the brief, establishing new standards of excellence.
