Program Manager – Fulfillment & Acceleration

About the role

Amazon is seeking an innovative Program Manager to lead the launch and acceleration of new fulfillment programs across emerging markets. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and optimise delivery networks that enhance speed and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Launch new speed‑focused programs such as Dark Store, Same‑Day Delivery (SSD) and direct‑to‑customer deliveries.
• Set up network and transportation configurations (NDC) and fulfillment experience charters.
• Program manage the rollout of new systems, tools, dashboards and processes.
• Lead cost and speed improvement projects using data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, 3PL partners and technology teams across multiple countries.
• Prepare and present senior‑leadership reviews for program performance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Experience defining and implementing process‑improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
