Professor / Associate Professor / Senior Lecturer – Business School

About the role

The Business School seeks senior academic leaders to drive teaching, research and industry engagement across entrepreneurship, marketing, organisational development, people management, sustainable development (ESG) and strategy. The role involves delivering MBA and related programmes, supervising postgraduate research and contributing to the School’s strategic vision.

Key responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership to staff and students within the Business School.
• Design, deliver and evaluate MBA and other postgraduate courses in the listed disciplines.
• Lead and coordinate research activities, publish in accredited journals and present findings at conferences.
• Supervise Masters and Doctoral candidates, ensuring high‑quality research outcomes.
• Foster industry partnerships and promote knowledge transfer.
• Undertake administrative and management duties as required.

Required profile

• Relevant doctoral degree in a business‑related field.
• Demonstrated experience in consulting or business environments.
• Proven track record of facilitating learning for adult and postgraduate students.
• Strong publication record in accredited journals and book chapters.
• Experience supervising postgraduate research projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
