Professional Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead large‑scale urban projects, oversee site coordination and ensure meticulous documentation and design execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate on‑site activities for complex mixed‑use, residential and commercial developments.
• Produce and review construction drawings, detailing and BIM models to exacting standards.
• Assess technical and commercial feasibility and ensure compliance with industry codes and standards.
• Maintain the project’s BIM CDE, enforce collaboration and modelling best practices.
• Communicate design intent clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• SACAP‑registered Professional Architect with 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong academic background and proven ability to manage large urban projects.
• Excellent communication, client‑centric attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English, eligible to work in South Africa and willing to travel when required.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Comprehensive experience with BIM and CDE workflows.
