About the role
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our manufacturing shift. The role is centred on maintaining high quality standards, adhering to standard operating procedures and ensuring a safe working environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the production shift.
- Ensure compliance with Albany quality standards and all documented SOPs.
- Monitor and enforce the established safety system throughout the shift.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance and logistics teams to keep production on schedule.
- Support the company’s employment equity objectives by fostering an inclusive workplace.
Required profile
- Strong commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
- Ability to lead a team on the shop floor and communicate expectations clearly.
- Willingness to work in a diverse environment and support equity initiatives.
