Production Assistant

About the role

The Production Assistant ensures that manufacturing processes and finished goods meet company quality standards. Working closely with operators and the Quality & Technical Operations Manager, you will handle packing, stock preparation, and documentation to support smooth hand‑over to logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production operations to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Inspect, test, and measure finished products, accepting or rejecting them as required.
• Pack finished products and prepare them for logistics, lifting items up to 25 kg.
• Complete and control job cards in SAP for receipt and hand‑over.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the production plant.
• Promote quality awareness among operators and report inspection data.
• Verify quantities with logistics and ensure correct labeling and packaging.
• Assist colour operators with ink‑tray cleaning and perform advanced QC on selected orders.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 kg regularly.
• Highly motivated, self‑driven, and accountable.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of SAP B1 (ERP) – a plus.
