Product Marketing & GTM Coordinator

About the role

This is a hands‑on coordination and execution role for a practical, organised marketing professional who wants to grow into product marketing. You will support product launches, customer communication, sales enablement, HubSpot campaigns, content creation, and basic performance reporting while working closely with the Head of Product Strategy & Marketing and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of product launches, feature updates and customer campaigns.
• Prepare release notes, internal updates, FAQs, launch checklists and customer communications.
• Draft first‑version emails, product explainers, one‑pagers and sales support material.
• Coordinate inputs from Product, Sales, Customer Success and Support to ensure assets are approved and shared on time.
• Maintain up‑to‑date launch documentation, asset folders and checklists.
• Draft customer emails, LinkedIn posts, blog outlines and basic campaign content.
• Manage HubSpot lists, campaigns and workflows, keeping them organised.
• Prepare basic campaign and adoption performance reports.

Required profile

• Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
• Curious and proactive with a willingness to learn product marketing.
• Able to execute tasks from clear briefs without needing to define strategy.
• Strong collaboration skills across product, sales, customer success and operations.
