Product Manager - Partnerships and Affiliates

About the role

Lula builds fintech products that help SMEs manage their cash flow. It is looking for a Product Manager focused on partnerships and affiliates, with financial services expertise, to act as the main product bridge between the company and its external commercial partners and affiliates. You will lead end-to-end delivery of co-branded and embedded funding journeys and work alongside the Business Development and External Commercial Partnership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the partner product roadmap, ensuring prioritised features are delivered on schedule and aligned with the company's strategy
• Translate strategic objectives into clear product goals and feature specifications, and track project success and ROI
• Ensure product releases are reliable and meet quality and customer expectations
• Work with stakeholders to incorporate their requirements into product decisions, and influence senior managers to remove blockers
• Analyse data and use customer feedback to drive business outcomes, and define a vision for UX and UI designers
• Grow partnerships and affiliates with the Business Development team, including onboarding new partners and growing existing ones
• Manage partner relationships and work with partners to scope and prioritise technical solutions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including product experience and managing relationships with external commercial partners
• Product Owner certification is an added bonus

Required skills

• Experience with prototyping, testing and validating product hypotheses
• Experience defining, prioritising and communicating product roadmaps
• Hands-on experience working with engineering teams
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello and Miro is a plus
