Procurement Sourcing Specialist

About the role

PwC is seeking a Procurement Sourcing Specialist to join its Procurement Excellence team. In this role you will lead multiple sourcing projects, build strategic supplier relationships, and drive procurement transformation for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing projects from requirement definition to contract signing and supplier onboarding.
• Conduct market analysis, supplier evaluations and lead tender processes, including pre‑tender meetings and post‑tender negotiations.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships across diverse commodity categories.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and technical teams to deliver integrated procurement solutions.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage contract lifecycles, variations, escalations and renewals.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Project Management or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contract management and supplier relationship management.
• Professional procurement qualification (e.g., CIPS) is desirable.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with sourcing platforms such as SAP Ariba or Coupa.
