About the role
We are seeking a Procurement Officer to lead the purchasing function for a hospitality-focused organization. The successful candidate will ensure that all procurement activities support the company’s strategic objectives and maintain high standards of service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms.
- Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within hospitality or facility management.
Required skills
- Negotiation and contract management.
- Supplier relationship management.
- Market analysis and trend monitoring.
- Knowledge of procurement policies and procedures.
