Procurement & Logistics Coordinator – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

As a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator you will support the delivery of renewable energy projects across Africa. You will work closely with project teams to ensure that equipment, services and spare parts are sourced, purchased and delivered on time, while complying with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and logistics activities in line with established policies and procedures.
• Prepare purchase orders and assist in the procurement of project assets, equipment and spare parts.
• Support supplier evaluations, bid assessments, contract preparation and service agreements.
• Monitor logistics risks, communicate potential impacts and facilitate logistics planning such as port visits and transport assessments.
• Maintain procurement documentation, contracts and records in the document management system.
• Assist with procurement audits and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple procurement and logistics tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Experience working in a project‑oriented environment, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
