Procurement and Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Procurement and Logistics Coordinator will support Scatec’s Asset Management and Operations & Maintenance teams by coordinating procurement activities and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services for renewable energy projects. This role offers exposure to a fast‑moving international environment within the clean‑energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the operating system throughout the structuring and execution phases of project support, including pricing for services, materials and equipment.
• Visit ports with EPC partners and liaise with customs agents in foreign countries.
• Assist with bid evaluation, recommendation processes and preparation of RFPs.
• Obtain quotes and lead times for required services/materials, present them to the Line Manager and prepare contracts or purchase orders.
• Highlight logistic risks and communicate them promptly to stakeholders.
• Maintain delivery documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, material handover sheets) and update shipping registers, delivery plans and trackers digitally.
• Manage all customs‑related documents with suppliers and logistics providers.
• Organise day‑to‑day electronic filing and keep procurement registers up to date in the document management system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement and logistics coordination within an international setting.
• Ability to interact effectively with customs agents, EPC partners and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑moving, renewable‑energy focused environment.
