Key responsibilities

• Assist with supplier onboarding and maintain accurate supplier records.
• Support purchase order administration and execute SAP transactions.
• Coordinate and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain procurement documentation, contracts, and reporting files.
• Help with spend analysis, procurement reporting and supplier performance monitoring.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to capture procurement requirements.
• Prepare reports, presentations and meeting minutes.
• Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP for procurement transactions.
