Pricing & Commercial Administrator / Payments Pricing Operations Analyst

About the role

Join a dynamic payments environment where you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of pricing and commercial data that supports the business. You will work closely with the Financial Manager and Sales teams to manage fee submissions, reporting, data analysis and pricing‑related projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly and ad‑hoc fee information for approval and sign‑off.
• Load approved fees accurately in line with agreements and business instructions.
• Support the Financial Manager with fee analysis, pricing reviews and pricing models for new projects.
• Assist with annual fee increase modelling across the biller and network base.
• Review monthly dashboard data related to commissions, reporting and commercial decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate financial and non‑financial data and a clear audit trail of changes.
• Liaise with internal teams regarding fee‑related queries, timelines and expectations.
• Provide general administrative and analytical support on pricing and commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in finance, pricing, commercial administration, data administration or reporting.
• Strong numerical and analytical ability with excellent attention to detail.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the financial services or payments industry is advantageous.
