About the role
Pedros is looking for an entry‑level Prepper to join the busy WACKYS store in Klerksdorp. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, following recipes and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment.
Key responsibilities
- Cut, marinate, portion and weigh ingredients.
- Follow standard recipes and procedures.
- Store and label food correctly.
- Keep prep areas and equipment clean.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Assist grillers and cooks as needed.
Required profile
- Entry‑level with basic kitchen experience (advantageous).
- Understanding of hygiene standards.
- Ability to work long hours when required.
- Physical stamina and teamwork.
