About the role
The Lesotho Opportunities Industrialization Centre (LOIC) is seeking a qualified Plumbing & Sheet Metal Instructor to deliver technical training to students. The role involves planning and conducting hands‑on sessions, monitoring learner progress, and supporting the continuous improvement of the training programme.
Key responsibilities
- Implement technical training programmes in line with TVD and LOIC standards.
- Develop and update course content to meet organisational objectives.
- Ensure all necessary tools, equipment and materials are available for effective training.
- Attend scheduled training sessions, staff meetings and evaluate programme outcomes.
- Provide guidance and feedback to students, tracking their progress.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Senior Instructor or LOIC management.
Required profile
- Diploma in Plumbing or related field.
- Minimum three (3) years of hands‑on experience in plumbing and sheet‑metal craftsmanship.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer literacy.
