About the role

Opportunities exist for Phlebotomy Technicians/Staff Nurses to join the team at our Ermelo branch in Mpumalanga. We are seeking individuals with proven competence in phlebotomy, high ethics and alignment with PathCare values.

Required profile

• Enrolled Nurse Certificate or Phlebotomy Technician qualification and registration with SANC/HPCSA
• Intermediate computer literacy (Skylims knowledge advantageous)
• Valid Code B driver’s licence (manual transmission) – advantageous
• Phlebotomy experience (essential)
• Pathology experience – highly advantageous
• Client‑focused with excellent attention to detail
• Effective verbal and electronic communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure with resilience and tenacity
• Innovative and result‑oriented
• Compassion and empathy
• Adaptability and teamwork
• Fluent in English with understanding of Afrikaans
• Available for short‑notice shifts and willing to work weekends & public holidays
• Acceptable performance record for technical and behavioural competencies
