About the role
The Doctoral Training Unit “Data‑driven Modelling and Applications (DRIVEN)” at Technische Universität Hamburg is offering 19 PhD positions in Computational and Data Sciences. The positions are part of the Research Group for Numerical Structural Analysis and are supervised by Prof. Alexander Düster. Successful candidates will join a vibrant research environment focused on data‑driven modelling and its applications.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct original research in computational and data sciences within the DRIVEN unit.
- Develop and apply data‑driven modelling techniques to problems in numerical structural analysis.
- Collaborate with the research group and contribute to scientific publications.
- Participate in the doctoral training programme and related seminars.
