About the role
Medirite Plus Circular Drive is looking for a customer‑focused Pharmacy Sales Assistant to support the smooth operation of its in‑store retail environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products while ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
- Monitor store activity to deter shoplifting and maintain security.
- Arrange and refresh visual product displays to attract shoppers.
- Process customer refunds and handle transactions accurately.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate pharmacy products.
