Pharmacy Sales Assistant

About the role
Medirite Plus Soshanguve is looking for a customer‑focused Pharmacy Sales Assistant to support the smooth operation of its in‑store retail pharmacy. The role involves direct interaction with customers, ensuring a welcoming environment and helping them find the right products.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers entering the pharmacy.
- Monitor customer activity to prevent shoplifting.
- Arrange and maintain visual product displays.
- Process customer refunds and transactions accurately.
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate pharmacy products.
- Support overall retail operations to ensure efficiency.
Required profile
- Customer‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Hard‑working with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive team.
