About the role
Medirite Raslouw is looking for a dedicated, customer‑oriented pharmacist to join its dynamic pharmacy team. The role combines dispensing, pharmacy administration and leadership responsibilities to ensure high‑quality service and efficient operations.
Key responsibilities
- Individual dispensing and verification of prescriptions.
- Pharmacy administration, housekeeping and stock control.
- Delivering excellent customer service and driving sales.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting marketing campaigns.
- Operational work planning, staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
- People and capacity management, including resourcing and cross‑functional relationship management with prescribers, suppliers, head office and store managers.
- Resolving escalated operational issues and managing the pharmacy budget.
Required profile
- Qualified pharmacist with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to lead, develop and mentor staff, interns and assistants.
- Commitment to diversity, inclusion and a collaborative workplace culture.
