About the role
Medirite Paardevlei is seeking a qualified Pharmacist Assistant (Post‑Basic) to join the pharmacy team immediately. The successful candidate will support the pharmacist in dispensing medication and handling a range of pharmacy‑related administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with dispensing medication under the supervision of a pharmacist.
- Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records.
- Perform routine administrative duties such as record keeping and documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards within the pharmacy area.
- Provide front‑shop service to customers, answering basic queries and supporting sales.
Required profile
- Post‑Basic qualification as a Pharmacist Assistant.
- Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Commitment to adhering to pharmacy regulations and safety standards.
