Personal Assistant – Fixed Term (4 months) – Constantia Kloof

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Personal Assistant to support two Business Managers and the Broker Sales Manager on a four‑month fixed‑term basis at our Constantia Kloof office. The role involves comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage diaries, schedule appointments and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle mail, information flow and document preparation.
- Organise meetings, conferences, workshops, video‑conferences and related logistics.
- Take minutes, consolidate reports and distribute documentation.
- Provide secretarial assistance and respond to ad‑hoc requests.
Required profile
- Grade 12 with a Secretarial Qualification or Diploma.
- Minimum two years experience as a personal or secretarial assistant; sales‑environment experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Service Request System (SRS).
- Experience using Amex Travel system.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
