People Business Partner Analyst

About the role

The People Business Partner Analyst will support PepsiCo South Africa by aligning HR strategy with business objectives, ensuring a fair and engaging employee experience across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Institutionalize and execute HR strategy and key processes, including contractor management.
• Drive employee development, relations, and engagement initiatives.
• Provide coaching and feedback to line managers on HR program execution and effectiveness.
• Lead implementation of site‑level HR strategy and monitor people‑agenda objectives.
• Enable learning and development programs at the site.
• Manage employee relations, resolve disciplinary matters, disputes and grievances, and represent the company in CCMA cases.
• Partner with the Centre of Excellence on talent acquisition initiatives.
• Communicate Total Rewards philosophy and coach managers on its application.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering or a similar HR advisory role.
• Strong understanding of South African labour legislation and CCMA processes.
• Ability to influence and coach senior leaders and line managers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
