About the role
Manage the end‑to‑end payroll and benefits function for a leading investment management firm, covering South African and selected international entities.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee full payroll processing for all South African entities and selected overseas subsidiaries.
- Administer employee benefits and ensure accurate deductions.
- Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports in compliance with South African regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and reconcile payroll accounts each pay period.
- Provide payroll support and guidance to internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in payroll administration.
- Advanced proficiency with Sage 300 People.
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory reporting requirements.
- Ability to work independently in a standalone role.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field.
