About the role

The Payroll Admin will support a globally operating company by managing core payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payments. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to handle a variety of payroll‑related tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Process employee appointments and terminations
Manage payroll changes and updates
Maintain the Employee Self‑Service (ESS) system
Generate and distribute VIP payslips
Respond to payroll queries from staff

Required profile

Minimum 3 years of payroll experience
Proficiency with SAGE PEOPLE 300
Immediate availability is advantageous
Secondary school education
